• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Alcohol for consumption off the premises will only be sold when a customer orders a takeaway meal.  Alcohol will not be supplied for either takeaway or delivery purposes unless a meal is ordered at the same time.  All alcohol sold for consumption off the premises shall be in sealed containers.

   

  When alcohol is taken to customers home address following a telephone order to the premises as part of a meal request, alcohol will not be delivered unless the recipient householder appears over the age of 21 or can provide acceptable identifiction of his/her age.

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
