ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
(1) Doors and windows to be kept closed during loud music events.
(2) Liasion with the Fire Service with regard to keeping the fire doors closed is encouraged.
(3) The Licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to misic and singing (and fixed plant
equipment) shall be so controlled by the Licensee so as not to give reasonalbe cause for
annoyance.
(4) Notwithstanding the above any noise shall not be audible within any noise sensitive building.
Where this has been breached the Licensee will review the noise control measures that are in
placeand implement a revised scheme that has been agreed with the licensing authority.
(5) Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect
the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and car park area quietly.
(6) A personal licence holder to be available when loud music events have taken place to assist people
to leave the premises and car park area quickly and quietly.
(7) Loud music events are defined as any live, recorded or amplified music at above background levels, for the avoidance of doubt this to include disco and karaoke.
(8) No alcohol to be taken into the garden/patio area from the function room during loud music events. The garden/pation area to close by 23:00pm Monday to Saturday
and 22:30pm on Sundays.
