• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Conditions attached by Licensing Sub Committee

   

  (1)              A minimum of two Personal Licence Holders to be on the premises from 23:00 until closing time.

  (2)              That an SIA registered door supervisor with a high visibility jacket be employed  outside the premises after 23:00 on Fridays & Saturdays.

  (3)              Alcohol may not be displayed or sold from any other area than the area identified hatched red on the plans submitted by the Applicant.
