ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

A CCTV system is maintained that conforms to the provisions of the data Proection Act 1998 and meets the requirements and expectations of the Licensing and Police Authorities. The System must operate at all times the premises are open. recordings are kept for a minimum of 28 days. In the absence of the premises licence holder a responsible member of staff is trained in how to use the system and capable of retrieving recordings for an officer of a responsible authority.
The Challenge 21 age verification scheme is utilised whereby any person who does not appear to be at least 21 years of age must provided ID in the form of either a photographic driving licence, a passport, a HM Forces ID card or an ID card incorporating the PASS logo.
A written record of staff training is kept of relevant responsibilities inder the Licensing Act 2003 including who and when trained.
ARrefusals Register and Incident Log is is kept up to date.
A minimum of two SIA registered door supervisors to be employed at the premises when the premises is open for business to the public from 23:00 until the close of business on Friday and Saturday evenings. On any other evenings the business is open for business to the public the premises licence holder will risk assess the need for registered SIA door supervisors.
There will be no admissions or readmissions after 3am.
