Conditions addded after a Licensing Hearing
On the 7th June 2013 the following conditions were added to this premises licence:
During the premises opening hours, when the sale of alcohol takes place, a Personal Licence Holder must be on the premises
A CCTV system will be utilised at the premises. Footage must be stored for at least 31 days and all recordings must show the correct date and time. There must be a member of staff on duty at all times who is trained to operate the CCTV system and be able to retrieve recordings and make those recordings available to an authorised officer on request.
Written records of training for staff will be maintained and made available to an authorised officer on request. Training should be provided by a personal licence holder or recognised training provider. Training should take place at regular intervals or when a training need is identified, for example, following legislative changes or new members of staff
Training records will be kept for a minimum of 12 months and be made available for inspection on request by Northamptonshire Police.
A refusals register should be kept up to date and made available on request by an authorised officer.
The Challenge 25 Age verification scheme is utilised and accepted forms of ID are a current passport, photographic driving licence or an ID card incorporating the PASS logo
Age verification scheme posters will be prominently displayed.
The DPS will successfully complete a Level 3 Personal Licence holder training course by 20th July 2013.
