ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Conditions attached following Licensing Sub Committee Hearing 23/04/09
All members of staff at the premises including the Designated Premises Supervisor shall seek ' credible photographic proof of age evidence' from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol from the premises. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will include a passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age carrying a 'PASS' logo.
Prominent clear notices shall be displayed at the point of entry to the premises and in a suitable location at any point of sale, advising customers that they may be asked to produce evidence of their age.
