Amended Conditions of Licence added after the Licence Review hearing 15th January 2015
1) That a personal licence be present and working at the premises at all times the premises is open for the sale by retail of alcohol
2) That the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol be reduced from 6am to 11pm Monday to Saturday to 10am to 11pm Monday to Saturday. the sale by retail of alcohol will not take place before 10am on all other days e.g. Syndays, Bank Holidays and Christmas Day
3) there shall be no sales of beer, lager, cider or wine of 6%ABV and above, can be sold on the premises that has an ABV higher than 6%, except for wines, spirits and lagers.
4) There shall be no single transactions of beer, lager or cider cans in quantities of less than 4 items
5) There shall be no stock or sale of wine or spirits at the premises in quaties less than 700ml
6) All stafff employed where alcohol is retailed must undertake training on responsible retailing of alcohol. This raining must be completed prior to the commencement of employment at the premises and there must be refresher training delivered every three months. This training must be documented (syllabus, who delevered it, when and where) auditable and signed for by the recipeient and be available for examonation upon reasonable request by a Police or Authorised officer.
7) The pemises is to keep a written record of all employees engaged in licensable activities with detauils of full name, address, contact telephone numbers, naional insurance numbers and passports copies or other similar photographic document and made immediately available upon request of an authorised officer
