  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.

   

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder -

  Entry is permitted by electronically controlled door following CCTV and intercom vetting.  No open containers to be taken from the premises.  No irresponsible drink promotions.

   

  Public Safety -

  Regular safety check and log book kept.  Regular checks of emergency exits and lighting.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance -

  'Good Neighbour' signs displayed at the entrance/exit advising of acceptible behaviour.  No opening windows (to contain noise).

   

  Protection of Children from Harm -

  Proof of age cards.  Children only permitted on the premises in company with an appropriate adult.  All children to be off the premises by 9.00pm.
