Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
General -
30 minute 'drinking up' time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories, etc.
The licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
The prevention of crime and disorder -
Member of Pubwatch.
No car park or external areas.
Public safety -
The exterior is well lit and has illuminated emergency signs. The premises operates a smoking charter, and supplies fire fighting equipment.
The prevention of public nuisance -
There is no amplified music on the premises other than a juke box controlled from behind the bar servery. There is an air purifying unit which enables the doors and windows to remain closed.
Managed customer departure.
The protection of children from harm -
The property does not allow unaccompanied children. Both the AWP and cigarette machines can be clearly observed at all times from the bar servery, notices are displayed advising of age restrictions on coin operated machines.
