ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1 To co-operate fully with any agency to ensure that the promotion of the four licensing objectives is actively supported by the use of crime prevention notices and similar.
2 To prevent incidents of crime and disorder an expectation prevails that the operators of premises and their staff will at all reasonable times co-operate fully with the Police and other enforcement agencies and take steps to ensure that members of their staff understand the importance of the responsibility they hold.
CONDITIONS AGREED
1. Live and recorded music played on the patio shall comply with clause 3.3 of the Council's Policy for the avoidance of Public Nuisance.
3.3 The licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to music and singing and fixed plant and equipment shall be so controlled by the licensee so as not to give reasonable cause for annoyance. Notwithstanding the above, any noise shall not be audible within any noise sensitive premises.
Where this has been breached, the licensee will review the noise control
measures that are in place and implement a revised scheme that has been agreed with the Licensing Authority.
2. Notwithstanding the above requirements, any music played in the pation area shall be played at "background" levels and in particular shall not be audible beyond the boundary of the site after 23:00 hours. Music at "background" levels would enable patrons to conduct a normal conversation without speech interference.

This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
