CONDITIONS AGREED
1. Live and recorded music played on the patio shall comply with clause 3.3 of the Council's Policy for the avoidance of Public Nuisance.
3.3 The licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to music and singing and fixed plant and equipment shall be so controlled by the licensee so as not to give reasonable cause for annoyance. Notwithstanding the above, any noise shall not be audible within any noise sensitive premises.

2. Notwithstanding the above requirements, any music played in the patio area shall be played at "background" levels and in particular shall not be audible beyond the boundary of the site after 23:00 hours. Within each calendar year, a relaxation of this condition will be permitted for no greater than 10 days for any music played in the patio area. This relaxation will be permitted up to 23:00hours after which music played in the patio area must revert to "background" levels as described above. All events must be notified in writing to the Licensing Department, either 7 days before or after the event taking place.
