When hours for sale of alcohol are extended hereunder these hours are also extended.
Recorded Music only permitted at background or incidental levels.
Bank Holiday Mondays be extended by one hour so that the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on those days will be 00:00.
Christmas Eve and Boxing Day be extended by one hour so that depending on the day of the week those days fall, the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on those days would be 00:00 or 01:00 with 30 minutes drinking up time.
The permitted hours for the sale of alcohol on New Years Eve/Day shall be 11:00 - 00:00 New Years Eve 00:00 - 23:00 or 00:00 hours New Years Day (depending which day of the week New Years Eve falls) with 30 minutes drinking up time.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
CONDITIONS OF COURT ORDER
The variation is allowed as above subject to the following condition: The garden and outside areas will be closed by 23:00.
Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.

Live Music only allowed whilst a Noise Limiter is fitted and working in accordance with Environmental Health recommendations and set to a limit between 85 - 95db.
