Police Conditions
1 A daily register to be kept by the DPS or person acting under his/her authority of names of staff on duty when the pub is open to the public, containing if appropriate SIA licence numbers. This register to be made available upon request to the Police or Licensing Authority.
2 An incident log to be kept by the DPS or person acting under his/her authority of incidents coming to his/her attention which involve issues of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, Public Nuisance and Protection of Children from Harm. This log to be made available upon request to the Police or Licensing Authority.
3 The DPS or person acting under his/her authority will take reasonable steps to ensure that no bottles glasses or open containers shall be taken from the premises unless supplied as 'off sales' in sealed containers for consumption off the premises which are permitted by the premises licence.
4 The DPS or person acting under his/her authority will undertake ongoing risk assessments of the occupancy numbers and if appropriate take steps to prevent or reduce overcrowding where that would involve a risk of issues of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, Public Nuisance and Protection of Children from Harm.
5 The DPS will consider reasonable requests to display crime prevention notices if asked to do so by the Police or another law enforcement agency or Alcohol Licensing Authority.
6 No irresponsible drinks promotions shall be held.
7 The DPS or person acting under his/her authority to call the Police if there is an incident of crime and/or disorder on the premises which is brought to his attention, and shall ask staff to co-operate in giving witness statements in such an event.
