Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

(1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

(a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or

(b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

(2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Environmental Health Condition

The volume of noise due to music and singing shall be so controlled by the Licensee to ensure that any noise shall not be audible at the boundary of any noise sensitive buildings after 11pm.
Licensing Act 2003

This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE CONDITIONS

1. CCTV cameras to be installed and to operate at all times, with recordings to be stored for one calendar month.

2. The Licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to music and singing (and fixed plant equipment) shall be so
     controlled by the Licensee so as not to give reasonalbe cause for annoyance. Notwithstanding the above,any noise shall
      not be audible within any noise sensitive buildings after 11pm.
      Where this has been breached, the Licensee will review the noise control measures that are in place and implement a
      revised scheme that has been agreed with the Licensing Authority.

3.   Doors and windows to be kept closed during regulated entertainment.

4. A protocol to be established with the taxi firms used by the pub, that they will not sound their horns, but will either telephone
     or call into the premises to notify customers that they are waiting.
