LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE CONDITIONS
1. CCTV cameras to be installed and to operate at all times, with recordings to be stored for one calendar month.
2. The Licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to music and singing (and fixed plant equipment) shall be so controlled by the Licensee so as not to give reasonable cause for annoyance. Notwithstanding the above, any noise shall not be audible with any noise sensitive buildings after 23:00. Where this has been breached, the Licensee will review the noise control measures that are in place and implement a revised scheme that had been agreed with the Licensing Authority.
3. Doors and windows are to be kept closed during regulated entertainment.
4. A protocol is to be established with taxi firms used by the pub that they will not sound their horns but will either telephone or call into the premises to notify customers that they are waiting.
5. With regard to the prevention of public nuisance:
a. The outside servery will never be used after 22:00
b. There will be no external amplified music
c. Only plastic/toughened glass will be used in the external servery
d. The garden will close for the consumption of alcohol and food after 22:00
