Northamptonshire Police a responsible authority has applied for the Summary Review of a Premises Licence under section 53A of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of The Jolly Crispin, 134 Great Russell Street, Northampton, NN1 3RB.
The grounds for the review are to secure the Licensing Objectives of Preventing Crime & Disorder and Public Safety due to a major incident at the premises.

A copy of the application for the Summary Review of the above Licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except Bank Holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine (£5,000) on the standard scale.
