Variation as a matter of law only needed from 02:30 hours to 05:00 hours on Bank Holiday Mondays with the exception of Easter.
A variation is not required on New Years Day given that alcohol permitted hours cover the 24 hours of New years Day for these premises.
As a matter of law variation only needed from 00:30 on Mondays to 06:00 hours on Mondays and from 02:00 hours to 06:00 hours on all other days including Bank Holiday Mondays with the exception of Easter Monday.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(2) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
