The Premises Lience holder will ensure the attainment of the Licensing Objectives forms an integral part of the day to day management of the premises
A CCTV system must be maintained that conforms with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 ansd meets the expectation of the Police and Licensing Authority. The system will operate at all times that the premises are open and. Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days. A responsible member of staff is trained in how to use the system and retrieval of recordings for an officer of a responsible authority.
Drinks must not be sold in open containers. Spirits must be displayed behind the sales point and not be available for self service
The premises licence holder and/or staff members must disacourage the congregation of persons outside the premises.
The premises utilises the Think 21 age verification scheme. Acceptable forms of ID are Passport, Photographic driving licence, HM Forces ID card or an ID card displaying the PASS logo. Refusals must be recorded and the refusals record produced on request by an authorised officer.
A written record of staff training which includes who is trained, when trained and the subject of the training must be kept
