ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.
The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.
The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010
4. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

Warning Posters must be clearly displayed posters in prominent positions throughout the shop warning that you must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol.
Conditions of Consent Order 2010
The premises to adopt a "Challenge 25" policy in relation to the sale of alcohol.
CCTV to be recording at all times the business is open for the sale of alcohol, to cover the area of the till, the recordings to be kept for 30 days.
Litter collecting outside the store frontage to be swept up twice a day.
Appropriate staff training to be satisfactorily completed and recorded, the records to be made available for inspection by appropriate officers of the responsible authorities upon reasonable request.
A refusals book to be maintained and made available for inspection by appropriate officers of the responsible authorities upon request.
