Communications
1. Members of staff and the designated premises supervisor will comply with all police instructions/directions.
Bottles/Glassware
2. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
3. Open containers should not be removed from the premises.
Noise Nuisance
4. Regular noise assessments of the area shall be conducted during licensable activities to ensure that music noise is inaudible at the monitoring points, labelled P1 to P4, as shown on the attached plan.
5. External doors and windows shall be kept closed when live or recorded music is taking place, unless Condition 4 is being complied with.
6. External speakers would not be used other than with the prior approval of the Licensing Authorities.
7. The alarm on the fire door to alert staff to its being opened during regulated entertainment shall be maintained in good working order.
8. The noise limiter shall be kept in good working order and shall be used to control live or recorded music on the premises.
9. Staff shall ensure that customers leave the premises, including the car park area, in a quiet and orderly fashion.
10. Notices to be put up at all points of departure requesting that customers respect the residential nature of the area.

12. Records of complaints to be maintained by the DPS and made available for inspection by police or the Licensing Authorities.
13. Disposal of refuse and bottles will not take place between 19:00 and 09:00.
14. Except for the front Patio area, all outside areas shall be closed after 23:00
