ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Justice On Licence Conditions
1). Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied otherwise thatn to persons-
- Who are taking meals
- Who are seated and are served by attended service.
- Who are attending a bona-fide function that has been booked not less than 24 hours in advance.
- Who are employees.
2). Substantial meals shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public.
Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
