ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
LICENCE CONDITIONS
The Licence holder(s) shall not change the nature of the business the subject of this licence from a brasserie or bistro without the prior consent of the Licensing Committee. Substantial meals shall be available at all times. All canned or bottled beer/lager shall be served in glasses and there shall be no consumption of liquor direct from bottles. No intoxicants to be served in a greater quantity than half pint glasses.

This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
