In the event of the transmission of any recognised international event which falls outside the permitted hours on the premises to open one hour before the start of the event and close one hour after the event, details of the activity to be notified in writing to the police 14 days beforehand. The event will not proceed if the police serve, 7 days prior to the event, written notice upon the Designated Premises Supervisor.
On the days/dates listed below one additional hour is to be permitted for the licensable activity (not including drinking up time):
1st January, Valentine's Night, Burns Night, St David's Day, St Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Friday prior to 1st May Bank Holiday, Saturday prior to 1st May Bank Holiday, Sunday prior to 1st May Bank Holiday, 1st May Bank Holiday Monday, Friday prior to 2nd May Bank Holiday, Saturday prior to 2nd May Bank Holiday, Sunday prior to 2nd May Bank Holiday, 2nd May Bank Holiday Monday, Friday prior to August Bank Holiday, Saturday prior to August Bank Holiday, Sunday prior to August Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday Monday, Halloween, Boxing Day, 27th December, 28th December, 30th December.

Christmas Day - open all day
When hours for sale of alcohol are extended hereunder these hours are also extended.
From the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on the following day.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
