• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory condition: exhibition of films

   

  (1)              Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section.

   

  (2)              Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.

   

  (3)              Where -

   

  (a)              the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or

  (b)              the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,

   

  admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

   

  (4)              In this section -

   

                “children” means persons aged under 18; and

  “film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39)

  (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

   

   

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (13 & 18) and current club rules as adopted by the Committee are adhered to.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

• Conditions as per operating schedule at variation Feb 2021

   

  The licensee shall ensure that at all times there are sufficient, competent staff on duty at the premises to ensure the terms

  and conditions of the license are adhered to. The staff will be given training in relation to their responsibilities in the sale of

  alcohol, particularly with regards to underage drinking and customer intoxication.

   

  All incidents of a criminal nature will be reported to the police.

  We have installed comprehensive CCTV coverage at the premises and it is operated and maintained on the premises. CCTV

  footage is recorded and copies can be made on police request.

   

  Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place include -

  * All legally required fire extinguishers

  * Fire blanket

  Fire exit signs and emergency lighting

  * Smoke detectors

  * Visible fire evacuation plans

  All of which are checked by a recognized fire safety company

   

  All customers will be reminded to leave the premises quietly

   

  All staff will be trained to ask for ID if the customer appears under the legal age.

  Photographic ID will only be accepted and any refusal of sale will be logged.
