• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  All windows and external doors must be closed after 23:00 hours.

   

  The outside area to be emptied after 23:30 every day (the outside area may still be used between 23:00 and 23:30 hours but the doors separating the inside and the outside area must be closed after 23:00 hours).

   

  All external doors and windows to be closed when there is live entertainment and where live or amplified music is being played.

   

  External speakers will not be used for music other than with the prior approval of the licensing authority.

   

  The management to put up notices at points of departure requesting that customers respect the residential nature of the area.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder -  Member of local pubwatch scheme.  No open containers to be taken from premises.  No irresponsible drink promotions.

   

  Public Safety - Regular safety check and log book kept.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm - No happy hour or drinks promotion nights.  No adult entertainment.  Proof of age cards.

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
