  19              Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.

• This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (13 & 18) and current club rules as adopted by the Committee are adhered to.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General - The club is only open to members and bona fide guests.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder - 1. I shall provide CCTV equipment which conforms to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988 and meets the requirements and expectations of the Licensing Authority and Police.  The CCTV cameras operate 24 hours a day and I shall ensure that the recordings are kept for one calendar month.  2.  Any door supervisors employed at the venue will be licensed by the S.I.A.  3.  I shall maintain a register indicating the name of the person in charge of the management of the premises, numbers of staff and door supervisors and/or security staff, to include the names and SIA licence numbers of SIA registered door supervisors and/or security staff who are present.  The Register will also contain details regarding any incident relevant to the four licensing objectives and will be available for inspetion by an authorised officer.

   

  Public Safety - Entry to the premises is restricted to Club members and bona-fide guests of members.  I maintain a register of such guests which will be retained for 12 months, and will be available for inspection by an authorised officer.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance - Security staff are instructed to ensure that people do not leave the premises in a disorderly manner and that they do not remove glasses from the premises or (except in the case of genuine off-sales) bottles.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm - Security staff are instructed to ensure that people do not leave the premises in a disorderly manner and that they do not remove glasses from the premises or (except in the case o fgenuine off-sales) bottles.
