ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
Conditions added following Licensing Sub-Committee Hearing on 27/02/14
1. A till prompt must be in place every time a sale of alcohol is to be made
2. The Premises must adhere to the Challenge 25 Policy
3. CCTV must be installed which is compliant with the DPA requirements, and footage must be made available on request by an authorised officer.
4. A refusals record must be maintained and kept up to date. It can be electronic or a hard document and must be made available on request by an authorised officer.
5. Training records including who has been trained and when must be kept up to date and made available to an authorised officer on request
6. A Premises Licence Holder must be present when any licensable activity takes place after 3pm.
