ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions relating to the Prevention of Public Nuisance
Noise and vibration
3.3 The Licensee shall ensure that the volume of noise due to music and singing (and fixed plant equipment) shall be so controlled by the Licensee so as not to give reasonable cause for annoyance. Notwithstanding the above any noise shall not be audible within any noise sensitive buildings.
Where this has been breached the Licensee will review the noise control measures that are in place and implement a revised scheme that has been agreed with the Licensing Authority.
Licence Conditions
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
i) a member of the said club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days
before his admission.
ii) a guest of such member bona-fide entertained by him at his own expense.
iii) a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by rules of the club.
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a
member in person.
There shall be rules of the club for the election of member and a copy of such rules
and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any
alteration to any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within 14 days.
A list of the names and addresses of all of the member of the said club shall be kept
on the premises and shall be produced for inspection on demand by a
constable in uniform.
A constable in uniform shall be permitted to enter the premises at all reasonable
times.
No application shall be made under the authority of the licence for the grant of a
Temporary Event Notice in respect of an event off the premises.
No alterations governing the qualification for membership and the admission of
members or guests shall be made without consent of the Licensing Authority.
That the club be exempt from the statutory duties to display notices which in general
licensed premises are required by Law to display.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises shall be in accordance
with Fire Service recommendations.
