• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.

  The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

   

  The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010

   

  4. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

     (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  A CCTV system will continue to be maintained that conforms to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 & meets the requirements & expectations of the Licensing & Police Authorities.  The system will operate at all times the premises are open.  Recordings will be kept for 31 days.  A responsible member of staff will be trained in how to use the system & retrieval of recordings for an officer of a responsible authority.

   

  A working intruder alarm will be maintained.

   

  There will be no storage or display of alcohol within view of customers of the takeaway or dine-in section.

   

  Any printed publicity material and/or website must make clear that the availability of alcohol is restricted to home deliveries, must be accompanied by a hot food order & that an age verification policy applies to every order.

   

  A person who orders take-away food by telephone for delivery to a residential address must confirm that they are over 18.  When the responsible person effects the delivery if he considers the person to be under 18 he must request ID in the form of a passport, photographic driving licence or an ID card displaying the "PASS" hologram logo.
