  This event has been organised with the support of the Safety Advisory Group and is

  subject of an Event Management Plan and full risk assessments.

   

  Security and Stewarding will be on site,on the road and can be found in the Event

  Management Plan.

   

  All risk assessments---fire, health and safety, traffic management have been onsidered and can be found in the Event Management Plan.

   

  There is a professional set up of stage and parade with the inclusion of noise monitoring.

   

  There is a base,clearly signed,for missing/loss children. Access for announcements from the stage. DBS checked person has responsibility and this area is accounted for in the Event Management Plan.
