To ensure we work to prevent crime and disorder at our premise and the surrounding
area such as underage drinking, drunkenness on premises, public drunkenness, violent behaviour and anti-social behaviour.
We will have in place controlled measures such as effective and responsible management of premises, training and supervision of staff and provision / monitoring of CCTV at our site.
To ensure we work to have the hightest standard of protection of public safety at our
premise we must be aware of such areas as the occupancy capacity of the premises, nature of the licensable activities to be provided, hours of the operation and age/design/ layout of the premises.
We will have in place controlled measures such as suitable risk assessments provision of a sufficient number of people employed or engaged to secure the safety of the premises and patrons, appropriate instruction, training and supervision of those employed, adoption of best practice guidance and provision of effective cctv at our site.
To ensure we work to the highest standard of prevention of public nuisance at our permise and the surrounding area such as noise emanating from premises, the location of premises, the hours of operation and problems of litter in the vicinity.
We will have in place controlled measures such as cctv door supervisors, ppropriate
instruction, training and supervision to prevent incidents of public nuisance, control of operating hours and adoption of best practice guidance at our site.
To ensure we work to have the highest standard of protection of children from harm at our premise we must be aware of such areas as Purchase, acquire or consume alcohol, selling to underage individuals and being exposed to incidents of violence or disorder.
We will have in place controlled measures such as sufficient number of staff to secure the protection of children from harm, appropriate instruction, training and supervision of staff in respect to determining the age of a customer and adoption of best practice guidance at our site.
