Conditions as per Operating Schedule
No Alcohol or tobacco will ever be purchased from sellers calling at the premises. Exceptions to this condition would be purchases made from authorised representatives who have previously made an appointment.
All alcohol and tobaccosold from the premises will have the relevant UK Duty Paid.
Invoices or copies of invoices for all Alcohol & Tobacco sold at the premises will be kept for 12 months and available for inspection by all responsible authorities on request.
All persons involved in the sale of alcohol, who are not personal licence holders will receive initial and subsequent 12 monthly training with regards to the law in relation to the sale of
alcohol.
Training records will be maintained, updated and made availabe to responsible authorities on request.
A fully working and maintained CCTV system capable of recording and storing images will be installed at the premises .The System will record at all times the premises are open to the
public and images will be stored for a minimum of 31 days with date & time stamping.
As a minimum this must cover all entry and exit points
A person conversant in retrieval and downloading of CCTV footage must be present at all times the premises are open to the public.
ALL CCTV recordings will be made available to an officer from a responsible authority upon reasonable request and in line with the current data protection legislation.
A record will be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol this record should include the date and time if the refused sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale. The
record will be available at the premises for inspection be the police or an authorised officer of the council at all times the premises are open to the public.
All staff involved in the retail of alcohol will be trained in the law regarding its sale.This training must be completed prior to them being authorised to sell alcohol and refreshed every
12 months as a minimum.
A record of the training must be kept maintained and made available to an officer from the responsible authority upon reasonable request.
An incident log will be kept at the premises and made available upon request to an authorised officer of the council or police. it must be recorded within 24 hours of the incident record the following:
All crimes reported to the venue.
Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder
Any incidents of disorder
Any faults in the CCTV
Any visits by relevant authorities or emaergency services.
There shall be no self service of spirits and all spirits will be kept behind the counter.
A safety risk assistent will be carried out and updated
on an annual basis.
Promindent signs will be displayed asking customers to have regard for local residents when leaving the premises
Adequate bins will be available to depose of litter.
A challenge 25 proof of age scheme will be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of Identification are recognised photographic identification cards such as Driving Licence, passport or proof of age card with PASS hologram.
