ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Justice On Licence Conditions
1. A quality colour CCTV system shall be installed and used on the premises, in all appropriate areas used by the public. Such tapes shall be retained by the management for a minimum of 28 days and to be made available to the police on reasonable request.
2. If door supervisors are employed at the premises they must be registered with the Northampton Doorsafe Registration Scheme.
3. The Licensee is required to participate in the Northampton Pub and Club Watch scheme. This will require the licensee to maintain an approved 'radio link' within the scheme.
Provisional Special Hours Certificate Conditions
a) that a Public Entertainment Licence, whether or not subject to a condition that it shall be of no effect until confirmed, is in force as respects the premises , and
b) that the premises are intended to be used, and if completed in accordance with the plans deposited with the licensing justices, will be structurally adapted for the purposes of providing for persons resorting to the premises music and dancing and substantial refreshment to which the sale of intoxicating liquor is ancillary.
