• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.

  The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

   

  The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010

   

  4. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

     (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Any alcohol sold will be done so responsibly.  All staff will be aware of their statutory obligations regarding selling alcohol.  We will work closely with all responsible authorities to promot the licnesing objectives.  There will always be a responsible person on the premises when open.

   

  CCTV will be in operation.  All alcohol will be secured against theft.   No alcohol purchases will be consumed on the premises.  A refusals book will be in operation and available for inspection by responsibile authorities.

   

  Persons who appear drunk will be refused service customers will not consume their purchases in or in the near vicintiy of the premises.

   

  Age verification systems will be in operation (Challenge 21).  Refusals will be recorded.  We will work closely with the police and local authority to ensure the responsible sale of alochol.
