Conditions following Hearing 10th December 2009
1. That Northamptonshire Police Licensing Officers (Northampton Area) are notified in writing, within 48 hours, of all Door Supervisors and Security Staff employed at the premises (whether directly or through a security company), this list should include names in block capitals and full SIA Licence numbers.
Should any of those Door Supervisors or Security Staff be subject to any criminal investigation, they shall be suspended immediately and disallowed from working at the premises until the completion of the investigation. Should the Door Supervisor or Security Staff be found guilty of such criminal investigation or any Public Order offence or any racially aggravated offence, they shall be forbidden from working at the premises.
2. Door Supervisors shall be employed at the following ratio when the premises are open to the public between 22:00 hours and close of business - at least two Door Supervisors for the first 200 customers and one per 100 (or part thereof) thereafter.
3. Door Supervisors will wear high visibility jackets or polo shirts whether working on the outside of the premises or inside and to include the garden area. High visibility armbands to be used in conjunction with the outer garment.
4. Colour copies of the SIA Licence of all Door Supervisors employed at the venue (directly or through a security company) are to be kept on the premises and available for inspection at the reasonable request of a police officer or other authorised person.
5. Under the part "Prevention of Public Nuisance" the words "strict door policy" are replaced with a "condtion of entry policy is adopted and a copy published on permanent display at all points of entry".
6. A Personal Licence Holder id present at all times when the premises are open to the public.
7. That the premises adopt a recognised proof of age policy and training records are completed on a monthly basis.
8. A member of staff trained in first aid is present at all times whilst the premises are open to the public.
9. Signage in relation to the use of CCTV to be displayed in public areas.
