Licence conditions
All security staff must sign in on a register at the commencement of every duty. This register will contain the name, date of birth and full 16 digit SIA badge number of each security staff member on duty. The register must be fully maintained and kept on the premises at all times and must be made available to an officer from a responsible authority upon reasonable request. Records must be retained for at least 6 months.
Door supervisors employed at the venue will wear hi-visibility outer garments at all times both when working inside and outside the venue.
Body worn video cameras or similar must be worn by all security staff who are responsible for manning the entrance/exit points of the premises. These cameras must be maintained in full working order and be capable of recording sound and video. They must be recording during any interactions with members of the public. All recordings must be centrally stored for a minimum of 28 days and made available to an officer from a responsible authority following a reasonable request in line with the current data protection legislation.
The premises will have a documented searching policy which has been agreed between the management and Northamptonshire Police. This document will be retained upon the premises and made available to an officer from a responsible authority for inspection upon reasonable request.

All staff involved in the retail of alcohol will be trained in relation to the law regarding its sale. This training must be completed prior to them being authorised to sell alcohol. A record of this training must be kept and maintained with a copy of the syllabus attached. The recipient of the training must sign to state that they have received and understood the training and this should be dated. Training records must be kept on the premises at all times and made available to an officer from a responsible authority upon reasonable request.
All alcohol sold in the licensable area shall be decanted into non-glass containers for consumption.
The premises will have a means of monitoring and controlling its capacity during peak times, (clickers, head count etc).
A policy in terms of the maximum and any comfort capacity figures decided upon for the venue will be documented in the venues fire risk assessment and made known to any member of staff employed in the control of entry/exit points.
A Personal Licence Holder must be on duty and present at each concession where alcohol is available for sale for the duration of the licensable hours.
Customers must not take open vessels of alcohol from the licensed area at any time.
The premises will have a dispersal plan in place which involves staff/door staff encouraging and monitoring the safe and peaceful exit of customers from the venue and the immediate area outside.
The DPS must provide written notice to the police and fire service at least six months before events involving 5000 or more people, at least three months before events involving 1000 - 4999 people and a minimum of six weeks before all other events.
A comprehensive risk assessment and event management plan must be submitted to the police and fire service no less than 14 days before any event takes place.
The premises will operate and adhere to an age verification scheme with the minimum standard of Challenge 25. Signs advertising the policy must be displayed in all areas where alcohol is for sale.
There will be signs on exiting the event asking people to consider the local residents.
Conformity checks in relation to noise levels will be retained 3 months after the event and upon request made available to a officer from a local authority for inspection upon reasonable request.
Music on stage will stop 30 minutes prior to the end of each session.
