• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General - The Licence Holder will give the Licensing Authority and Police 14 days notice of activity at the Premises involving the sale and supply of alcohol, such sale and supply to be within the permitted hours for the Premises Licence.

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder - The Licence Holder will provide appropriate registered security staff.

  Protection of Children from harm - If the purchaser appears to be under the age of 21, we will ask them for valid photographic identification (passport, driving licence, proof of age card with PASS hologram).  If the purchaser is unable to provide any identification the sale will be refused and recorded in a refusals register.
