• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder - will have a comprehensive CCTV system installed at the premises and during opening hours we employ a security company to supply SIA registered doorstaff.  The CCTV installed will be operating at all times the premises is open to the public and that all recordings will be kept for 28 days.

  Door supervisors will be employed on a risk assessment basis completed by the premises operators and/or the Designated Premises Supervisor. 

  The premises will adopt an age restriction policy in relation to the sale of alcohol.

   

  Public Safety - We have a health & safety policy to ensure our buidling is always safe and we are aware of any risks.  Doorstaff are required to check the rpemises frequently for any problems that will cause a safety issue.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance - All our doorstaff are required to keep the environment safe and calm.  All of the doorstaff and bar staff are aware that it is illegal to sell someone alcohol if they are too drunk.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm - Only children 14 + are allowed in the building and must leave by 11pm.  On such events extra doormen are employed to patrol outside the building before and after the events and no alcohol will be on sale.

  When events are run for under 18's then all alcohol shall be removed from display and the event advertised as a no alcohol event. 

  The premises will adopt an age restriction policy in relation to the sale of alcohol.
