ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Sub-Committee Conditions :
(1) The premises to have a new Designated Premises Supervisor, agreeable to the police and to be appointed within 7 days of this hearing.
(2) A Personal Licence holder shall be present at all times when the club is open to the public, to be instigated before 1 September 2006.
(3) No less than 3 SIA Licensed door supervisors to be at the entrance of the club.
(4) The entrance doors are to remain closed and only opened to allow the public in and out by the SIA door staff.
(5) A minimum of 2 registered door supervisors to be inside the bar area of the club at all times the premises are open to the public.
(6) 10 Working days notice of any promotion (drinks or bands, other than the resident DJ ) night to be gfiven to the Police Licensing Officer so that the event can be risk-assessed. The police will have the power to cancel any such event if there are concerns about public Safety. The Police shall give the Licensee notice of cancellation within 5 working days of receipt of notification of the promotion.
