Licence Conditions
All drinks that are purchased for consumption on the premises will be served in plastic or polycarbonate containers.
Where alcohol is sold for consumption off the premises, they must be placed in a carrier bag prior to being handed over to the customer, informing them that this alcohol is cannot consumed in the licensable area.
All people entering the licensable area shall be ID checked and in accordance with challenge 21, they will then be issued with a colored wrist band. Any person under the age off 18 will be refused entry to the bar area. Any person found to be buying or giving alcohol to a underage person will be asked to leave the event.
Roaming response teams will be deployed to check on the perimeter fencing,.
All public must come in a designated entrance where bag searches will be in operation.
All staff will have colored high viz vests, (Blue SIA) (Yellow Stewards) ( Orange Supervisors) Blue&Yellow Managers) (Purple Event Manger)
Safety office (Rodger Buckley) will be on the event and myself David Bailey & Kristy Magee will have completed our level 4 safety officer course. First aid will be supplied by NEAT.
Have a zero tolerance to any anti sociable behavior, with perimeter checks.
The stage will be angled across field as not to impacted on the property around the event.
During an event the stage will be located so that the speakers face across field and are pointed in the direction of residential properties which are located the furthest away from the stage.
Between the hours of 10.30 - 18.00 the music levels shall not exceed LAeq,1min 45 dB at any residential property.
Between the hours of 18.00 - 22.30 (21:30 Sunday) the music levels shall not exceed LAeq,1min 55 dB Music.
During the provision of entertainment conformity checks of music levels shall be carried out at a frequency of every 15 minutes. The results of these checks shall be retained for a period 3 months after the event. Upon request these shall be made available to the local authority or other responsible authority for inspection.
Funfair music will be turned down and ceased in accordance with licence. Conformity checks of music noise leaves shall be retained 3 months after the event, and upon requested be made available to the local authority for inspection.
Lost children unit manned by female staff will be located at the event control and clearly signed.
Both bars will run a challenge 21 policy and will have on site refresher training before the event opens.
The DPS must provide written notice to the police and fire service at least nine months before events involving 5000 or more people, at least six month’s before events involving 1000 - 4999 people and a minimum of three month’s before all other events.
A comprehensive risk assessment and event management plan must be submitted to the police and fire service no less than 14 days before any event takes place.
All SIA licensed staff manning any public entry/exit gate and any entrance to the licensable area must be in possession of a fully functioning body worn video camera device at all times while fulfilling this duty.
All SIA staff and stewards must sign in on a register prior to the commencement of duty. This register must contain the individual’s name, date of birth and in the case of door staff SIA badge number. The register must be kept on the premises at all times when it is open to the public and at all other times at the head offices of the company providing the security staff for the event. This register must be made available to an officer from a responsible authority upon reasonable request.
All staff involved in the retail of alcohol must receive refresher training before the event opens to the public. Each individual bar or alcohol concession must keep a training record for all of their staff behind the till area during the event. This record must include the syllabus of the training, the details of the person delivering it, when it was delivered and the details and signature of the person receiving the training. This record must be produced immediately to an officer from a responsible authority following a reasonable request.
A personal licence holder must be in charge of each area where alcohol is exposed for sale or supply. This person must be on the event site at all times and when not physically present in the alcohol area, they must be readily and easily contactable. All staff for alcohol areas must be aware of who the personal licence holder is and how to contact them.
The premises will operate and adhere to a drug policy. This policy will be fully documented and be kept with the event management plan. The document will be made available to an officer from a responsible authority following a reasonable request.
Ticket sales and allocations for all events must remain under the control of Show Time Events Group Limited.
A copy of the premises licence summary will be on display in all areas where alcohol is exposed for sale or supply.
