This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
The premises will have a working and fully maintained CCTV system capable of the recording and storing of moving images. This system will be recording at all times when the premises is open to the public. The camera coverage will include as a minimum all public entry/exit points, all public dining areas and both sides of the counter where licensable activity takes place.
The CCTV system will retain all recordings for a minimum of 28 days and will be made available to an officer from a responsible authority following a reasonable request.
A member of staff conversant with the operation and downloading of the system will be on the premises at all times when it is open to the public.
A comprehensive record of all staff members whether casually employed or otherwise wil be kept and maintained on the premises at all times. This record must include the name, address and date of birth of the staff member as well as documented evidence of their right to work which is signed for and dated by both employer and employee. Records must be retained for no less than twelve months after the employee has ceased to work at the premises.
No alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
