Licensing Conditions
Will provide a full event plan and will have the appropriate number of trained security, traffic management plan, medical team, child protection policy statement and lost child area.
Licence Conditions (Sub Committee 04.03.2015)
Musical Entertainment shall be limited to one event per calendar year.
Musical Entertainment shall be provided in accordance with the layout plan (site_layout_02.dwg 09/01/2015) which details the orientation of the stage and location of the mixing desk.
Musical Entertainment shall only be provided for period not exceeding a cumulative duration of four hours.
Musical Entertainment shall cease at 21.30 hrs.
The maximum music noise level during the provision of musical entertainment shall not exceed laeg.15min 98db at the mixing desk as detialed on the layout plan (site_layout_02.dwg 09/01/2015.
The Concert organiser/promoters should employ a suitably qualified noise consultant to provide monitoring and control of the noise levels. The Consultant to submit a report verifying that the noise level suggested above has been complied with.
The sound system shall only be tested at a Music Noise Level between 11:00 hours and 14:00 hours on the day of, or the day prior to the event for a maximum of 1 hour
Build up and take down of the stage and event infrastructure, “bottling out” and refuse collections, shall only be carried out between 08:00 - 00:00.
