ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Existing Conditions
1. A quality CCTV system shall be installed and used on the premises, in all appropriate areas used by the public. Such tapes shall be retained by the management for a minimum of 28 days. The tapes to be made available to the Police on reasonable request.
2. If door supervisors are employed by the premises they must be registered with the SIA.
3. The licensee is required to participate in the Northampton Pub and Club Watch scheme. This will require the licensee to maintain an approved 'radio link' within the scheme.
Police Conditions
1. Door Supervisor to be present at all times on the external balcony area when open after 20:00 hrs.
2. Upstairs Bar - No drinks to be served in glass vessels between 23:00 until close.
Environmental Health Conditions
1. Balcony area will be closed from midnight until reopened at 08:00 hrs.
2. To adhere to the risk assessment for noise control as attached.
Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
