Operating Schedule Conditions
The Premises Licence holder and staff ensure that the day to day operating of the premises is based upon upholding the four licensing objectives and will work with the Police and other responsible authorities as required to aceive that aim.
The Premises operates a CCTV system that complies with the requirements of the Police. Recordings are kept for a minimum of 28 days and a member of staff is trained and is on duty to retrieve recordings upon reasonable request of the Police. Cameras are sighted to cover key points both inside and outside the premises to detect incidents and identif potential offenders
External lighting is used to reduce opportunities for offending and to assist in the identification of offenders.
All staff are trained on their duties under the Licensing Act 2003, specifically in relation to under age sales and selling to those already intoxicated. A training register is kept which details who and when trained, and the subject matter covered.
The Premises operates the Challenge 21 age verification scheme.Acceptable forms of ID are a valid photographic driving licence, a valid passport, a HM Forces ID Card or an ID card incorporating the PASS hologram logo. A refusals register is kept up to date at the premises.
Alcohol is kept behind the cash registers and can only be accessed via an employee.
