Operating Scedule Conditions
The Premises Licence holder will ensure that the attainment of the Licensing Objectives forms an intergral part of the day to day management of the premises.
A CCTV system that complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and satisfies the Police and Licensing Authority is utilised. The system must operate at all times the premises is open to the public and a member of staff is on duty who is trained in retrieving data from the system on reasonable request by an authorised officer
A working intruder alarm is maintained and used.
Drinks must not be sold in open containers, spirits must be displayed behind the sales point and not be available for self service.
The Premises Licence holder and/or staff must ensure as far as is reasonable to discourage persons from congregating outside the premises and to ensure that persons seen drinking alcohol outside the premises, and that alcohol has been purchased from the premises, are not served in the future.
The premises utilises the Think 21 age verification scheme. Accepted forms of ID are a valid passport, photographic driving licence, HM Forces ID card or an ID Card that displays the PASS logo.
A written record of staff training including who and when trained is kept up to date.
A refusals register is utilised and kept up to date. All refusals are recorded in the register which must be presented to an authorised officer on reasonable request
