Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
The premises maintains a CCTV system covering all entry and exit points. It will record at all times during opening hours that licensable activities are undertaken. All recordings are maintained for a minimum of 21 days. A member of staff who can operate the CCTV system will be on duty to retrieve data from the system on the request of an authorised officer.
An Incident log will be kept up to date and made available on the request of an authorised officer.
The Challenge 25 proof of age scheme is operated at the premises and acceptable ID is a valid passport, a photographic driving licence or a recognised form of photographic ID that incorporates the PASS logo.
A refusals registerr will be kept up to date and made available to an authorised officer on request.
The premises licence holder will work with the police and other responsible authorities to promote the four licensing objectives.
All staff are trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 specifically in relation to underage sales and selling to those already intoxicated. A register will be kept of which staff members are trained and when they are trained. No staff are allowed to sell age restricted goods unless trained.
An age related till prompt is utilised.
