• ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.

  The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

   

  The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010

   

  4. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

     (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  To work with Northamptonshire police as required to promote the licensing objectives.

   

  To ensure staff are trained in relation to their responsibilities under the Licensinc Act 2003 specifically in relation to underage sales and selling to those who are intoxicated. An up to date refusals record will be maintained

  Training records to be kept up to date as to who has been trained and when.

   

  Signage will be displayed prominently in relation to age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.

   

  A CCTV system will be utilised and recordings will be kept for 28 days. A member of stafff who is able to use the system and can retrieve data from the system should be on the premises during opening hours in order to retrieve data on request to an authorised officer.

   

  Prominent signs will be displayed requesting customers consider residents in the locality when leaving the premises.

   

  Sufficient bins will be provided for the disposal of litter outside the premises
