Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
A CCTV system must be maintained that conforms to the provisions of the Data protection Act 1998 and meets the expectations of the Police and other responsible authorities. The system must operate at all times. recordings must be kept for a minimum of 30 days. A member of stafff must be trained in how to operate and retrieve data from the system if requested by an authorised officer of a responsible authority.
A working intruder alarm must be maintained
Shutters will be utilised to protect the premises frontage and security bars to protect the rear door.
Staff will be trained in awareness of the duties and potential risks associated with alcohol sales, particularly in relation to how inappropriate or unlawful alcohol sales can undermine the licensing objectives.
To work with the Police and local organisations on local initiatives aimed at improving the locality in which the premises is located.
Display a notice requesting that customers consider the potential impact of behaviour on nearby residents.
Drinks must not be taken away from the premises in open containers.
No external plant to be installed without the appropriate planning consent and any without compliance with any conditions attached to such consent.
A risk assessment must be undertaken on any internal plant and/or equipment to ensure such equipment is inaudible outside the premises.
The premises operates the Challenge 25 scheme and accepted forms of ID will be a Photographic Driving Licence, Passport, HM Forces ID card or an ID card incorporating the PASS logo.
A refusals record must be maintained and kept up to date. It can be electronic or a hard document and must be made available on request by an authorised officer.
Training records including who has been trained and when must be kept up to date and made available to an authorised officer on request.
