Licence Conditions
We have clear procedures in place, including staff training, CCTV monitoring, waste management, and responsible customer interaction. CCTV is installed and operational both inside and outside the premises, covering key areas including the entrance.
A fully working and maintained CCTV system capable of recording and storing images must be installed on the premises. The system must record at all times whilst the premises are open to the public and images must be stored for a minimum of 28 days with date & time stamping. As a minimum this must cover all entry and exit points, both sides of all areas where sales take place.
A person conversant with the retrieval and down loading of CCTV must be present on the premises at all times whilst it is open to the public.
All CCTV recordings must be made available to a Police Officer or an Officer from a responsible authority for viewing on request and recordings downloaded upon reasonable request but no later than 48 hours and in line with current Data Protection legislation.
Staff are trained to handle any situations calmly and to report any suspicious or criminal behaviour to the police immediately.
We operate a delivery-focused model, reducing the number of people gathering outside the premises. Orders are primarily handled through delivery apps, resulting in limited customer presence and noise at the premises.
Signage is displayed asking customers and delivery drivers to be respectful of local residents and keep noise to a minimum.
Waste is properly managed and disposed of daily, with bins secured to prevent littering.
While we do not sell age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol or tobacco), we remain vigilant to ensure that unaccompanied children are not loitering around the premises during late hours.
All staff are trained to be aware of safeguarding responsibilities and to report any concerns involving children to the appropriate authorities
