Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
To work in cooperation with the Police and other responsible authorities to promote the four licensing objectives.
A CCTVsystem must be maintained that conforms to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and meets the requirements and expectations of the Licensing and Police Authorutues. The system must operate at all times that the premises are open. recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days. A responsible member of staff must be trained in how to use the system and retrieval of recordings for an officer of a responsible authority.
To ensure that risk assessments are undertaken for the safety of customers and staff.
Drinks must not be taken from the premises in open containers.
No external plant is to be installed without planning consent and any without compliancewith any conditions applied to such consent
An individual risk assessment to be undertaken on any internal plant and/or equipment to ensure such equipment is inaudible outside the premises.
The premises to adopt an age verification scheme whereby an person who does not appear to be 25 years of age will be required to produce ID in the form of a passport, photographic driving licence, HM Forces ID card or an identification card displaying the PASS hologram logo
Relevant age requirement posters to be displayed
A refusal book should be maintained and utilised and made available on request by an authorised officer.
Relevant training in relation to the four licensing objectives should be given to staff and records kept os staff trained.
